I charge 100% for no call no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. I am more than understanding that things do come up that are not in your control so please communicate with me. I will be more than happy to void any fees if you communicate to me before your appointment is scheduled to take place as to why you will not make your scheduled appointment.
